Withdrawal Processing

When submitting a withdrawal request, the amount is deducted from your wallet balance and placed under review. Management has the right to review your request and verify your identity before approval. Withdrawals are executed via the same payment method used for the deposit.

Timeframes

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days. Bank transfers may take an additional 24-48 hours. In emergency or maintenance cases, the timeframe may extend to 7 business days, with immediate notification.

Review and Verification

Management reserves the right to review any uploaded documents or images as proof of payment or identity before approving any withdrawal. Additional documents may be requested when necessary to ensure compliance and security.
